DC Sensors

Photoelectric sensors operate by detecting a change in state of either reflected or  transmitted light source, typically a Red or infrared LED. This operation allows the Photoelectric Sensor to provide non-contact operation, with a provided output to either monitor or engage downstream devices. The combination of non-contact operation, small size and multiple sensor modes:

• Light/Dark on
• Timing Delays for synchronization of events
• Multiple output formats (form A/C relays, nPn/PnP, TTL)

Light Curtains

Light Curtain sensors are specialized photoelectric devices that utilize a row of photoelectric beams. These sensors may utilize Thru-Beam (a separate emitting and receiving unit) or Reflector configurations(an emitting unit and a reflector). These units are suitable for barrier protection of larger areas where the detection of objects entering the field ranging 6mm diameter up to 92mm diameter is critical to the process continuity.

There are also sensors for Pick Bins (LEAN Manufacturing) in Thru Beam or Reflective configurations, as well a several Application Specific configurations.

AC/DC Sensors

Almost universal AC/DC input voltage, from 24VDC to 240VAC @50/60Hz- allows virtual Global standardization for Multi National companies

Hot/Cold Metal Sensors
