Description

True RGB LED with fiber optic color detection sensors, utilizing sequential spectrum modulation. Features:

• Three different teaching methods:
  • Manual- stationary work
  • Continuous- translate part under test through field to average out wavy or uneven colored parts
  • Auto Teach- on actual production line self teaching (in situ)
• Tolerancing- for saturation lattitude within a defined spectrum range (lighter/darker)
• High Speed (1mS) or Averaging (5mS)
• Storage of 3 distinct color values
• Two color analysis options:
  • COL - for work that is uneven or has standing waves
  • C+Y - for more precise color and brightness differentiation

Two different working distance (13mm or 33mm) heads are available to suit your specific application.
